DEFECTIVE/ FAULTY ITEM

To qualify for an exchange, refund or credit, any defects with item must be reported strictly within 10 days from shipped date. Kindly e-mail us at admin@jolierobe.com.sg with pictures of the defective item and we will reply you within 2 to 3 working days.

1. For items that are deemed defective by Jolie Robe, we will exchange for the same item if it is still in stock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock.
2. In the event that returned items are deemed not defective by Jolie Robe, a credit note equal to the value of the apparel will be issued to the customer. Postage costs will not be reimbursed

INCORRECT ITEM

For exchange of sizes/colours, exchanges will only be entertained if item is still in stock. Postage costs to and fro due to the exchange will have to be completely borne by the customer. Please note that customers have to return products to us via Registered Mail under this option. Please note that exchanges will be done as long as item is still in stock; refunds will only be done in the event that item is Out of Stock (OOS).

MISSING ITEM

We apologize for missing out on an order.
Kindly e-mail us at admin@jolierobe.com.sg with the order number and missing item’s name and number and we will reply you within 2 to 3 working days.

INCORRECT SIZE

For exchange of sizes/colours, exchanges will only be entertained if item is still in stock*. Postage costs to and fro due to the exchange will have to be completely borne by the customer. Please note that customers have to return products to us via **Registered Mail under this option and within 10 working days from the date the parcel was delivered. Please note that exchanges will be done as long as item is still in stock; refunds will only be done in the event that item is Out of Stock (OOS). We do not provide Cash Refunds for returns.

*Only applicable to Apparel. This will exclude Sale Merchandise, Intimates, Swim Wear, Bags and Accessories. Returns will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) *Returns for articles, which do not meet all four conditions, will be duly declined.

**You are required to retain the receipt/tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel **Jolierobe will not be liable for any loss via Normal Mail.

Jolie Robe reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
