Do I need to register for an account? Yes! Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking.

To register, you will need to have a working email address. Simply click on “Sign Up" at the top of the page and follow the steps to start registering. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully registered.


How can I pay? We accept bank transfers to our DBS, UOB, OCBC account or credit card payments via Paypal.


How do I order from your website? It’s very easy! Simply click on the item that you wish to purchase, select the size (if applicable) and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished all your selections, click on Checkout and follow the steps to proceed with your order. An invoice will be sent to your email address when the order has been successfully placed/confirmed. If you do not receive any invoice, it could either mean your order has not been processed/confirmed properly or it could be in your spam/junk folder. Why can’t I add an item to my shopping cart? If you are unable to add the item to the shopping cart, it could mean that it is currently sold out and we are in the process of removing it from our website. We do have backorders/restocks for selected items. Hence, we do suggest that you check back on the site or join our mailing list to get updates.

What does it mean when an item is on Backorder? Due to overwhelming response, we do at times open backorders for popular items. An item on backorder simply means that you are still able to purchase the item but you will have to place an order upfront with advance payment and receive it only at a later date. The estimated date of arrival will be stated in the product page.

How do I order an item that is on backorder? It’s very easy, same as the normal order process.

I have ordered both an item that is in stock and on backorder. Will the items be shipped together or separately? We will only ship the complete order when the backorder arrives. However, should you wish to have the ex-stock item shipped in advance, you may drop us an email at stating your order number. We will process accordingly to your request but do note that a top up for shipping will be required.

I have received a discount code. How do I apply it? To apply a discount code, simply key in the code in your shopping cart under “Enter your promotion code”. All discount codes are case-sensitive.

I have received a credit note/gift voucher code. How do I apply it? To apply a credit note/gift voucher, simply key in the code in your shopping cart under “Enter your promotion code”. All codes are case-sensitive.

Once you have placed and paid for your order, your item(s) will reach you 2-5 full working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) after your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. You may either opt for Normal or Registered postage when checking out.

Postage for Normal mail starts from $1.50. All normal parcels will be dispatched via Singpost for mailing. Please note that the weight limit for normal parcels is at 2kg. Orders which exceed this weight limit will have to be sent via Speedpost instead. Shoes, Bags - defined as 2 items; Apparels, Small Accessories - defined as 1 item

Postage for Registered mail starts from $3.74, depending on the number of item that you have ordered:

For Apparels/Accessories (i.e. jewellery)
First Item - $3.74 Each subsequent item - $1.00
For Bags First item - $5.24 Each subsequent item - $1.00

Registered Mails come with a tracking number and are traceable via Singpost. A shipping notification with the tracking number will be sent to you when the order has been shipped. Registered mails take approximately 3-4 working days to be delivered for local addresses.

Kindly note that there is a weight limit of 2kg for any Registered Parcel. Order which exceeds this weight limit will have to be sent via Speedpost instead. You may track your parcel with this delivery mode here.

Kindly allow up to 5 full working days for your parcels to arrive. If it does not arrive by then, you can email us at to retrieve your registered parcel number.

Please also note that the postman will leave a notification slip if there is no one at the mailing address on delivery. The notification slip will advise you how you can retrieve the parcel at the nearest post office.

All International Orders will be mailed out via Singpost. Your parcel will be weighed at the Post Office once it has been processed for delivery.
Tracking is available and we will send you the tracking number one working day after you have received the Delivery Notification. Kindly allow up to 7 to 14 full working days for your parcels to arrive.

To qualify for an exchange, refund or credit, any defects with item must be reported strictly within 10 days from shipped date. Kindly e-mail us at with pictures of the defective item and we will reply you within 2 to 3 working days.

1. For items that are deemed defective by Jolie Robe, we will exchange for the same item if it is still in stock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock.
2. In the event that returned items are deemed not defective by Jolie Robe, a credit note equal to the value of the apparel will be issued to the customer. Postage costs will not be reimbursed

For exchange of sizes/colours, exchanges will only be entertained if item is still in stock. Postage costs to and fro due to the exchange will have to be completely borne by the customer. Please note that customers have to return products to us via Registered Mail under this option. Please note that exchanges will be done as long as item is still in stock; refunds will only be done in the event that item is Out of Stock (OOS).
